According to the New York Times…“For Vegas Chefs, the Odds Grow Longer.” They are referring to the ridiculous celebrity chef monstrosities that exist out there, and now are failing in this economy. UM, DUH. Did we really think a $24 surf and turf burger would continue to sell like hotcakes?! And should it?!
